Privacy Policy
What this site collects, why, and how to reach us if you have questions.
Who runs this site
This website, joedenman.com, is the official home for Joe Denman and Navigating the Road to Redemption. It is published by Redemption Publishers, Inc.
There are no user accounts and no public comments on this site. If you submit information through a form, it is used only for the purpose described below.
What we collect
We only collect personal information when you choose to give it to us:
- Email signup — your email address, so we can send book updates, resources, and related news.
- Free workbook — your first name and email address, so we can send the companion workbook PDF.
- Contact form — your name, email address, subject, and message, so Joe can read and respond to your note (questions, speaking inquiries, stories, and the like).
We do not ask for payment details on this site. Purchase links send you to third-party booksellers.
How we use it
Information from these forms is used to respond to you, deliver what you asked for, and — if you subscribed — send occasional email about the book and related resources. We do not sell your information.
Email service provider
Email signups and workbook requests are handled through our email marketing provider (ConvertKit). They store subscriber data on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at kit.com/legal/privacy.
External links
Blog posts, resource pages, and other content may link to outside websites (booksellers, reentry organizations, government resources, and similar). Those sites have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for how they handle your data.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our email provider may set cookies when you interact with signup forms or links in our emails. Your browser may also store standard technical data (such as cached files) when you visit any website.
How long we keep information
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable record of correspondence. Email subscribers remain on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message we send. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have shared with us.
Email joe@joedenman.com with any privacy request. We will respond as promptly as we can.
